Demolished and rebuilt 95% of a 12-acre OUSD campus. Nine new buildings, net-zero energy, 40-foot retaining walls, and full utility infrastructure.

Design-build parking structure adjacent to BART. Full civil scope including C.3 stormwater, signage and striping, and hydrology report.

95th & International Multi-Family
55 affordable units on a tight East Oakland infill site. Full dry utility coordination with PG&E, AT&T, and Comcast.
Commercial
Fletcher Jones Elston Service Facility
Ground-up four-story Audi and Mercedes-Benz service facility. Civil engineering for one of our largest commercial projects.

Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley
Human Services headquarters and community center. Full civil design with campus hardscape, utility capacity analysis, and LID.
Retail Program
Chase Bank West Coast Expansion
Engineer-of-Record for 100+ retail bank branches across three states. Stormwater design, permitting, and 80+ CUPs.

Campolindo High School
Multi-phase campus modernization: building renovation, $4M stadium project, and 2.5-acre parking lot repaving with drainage upgrades.

15th & Webster Mixed-Use
19-story tower on 0.326 acres in downtown Oakland. Civil engineering and full dry utility consulting for oWow.
